Kristin Howland, PEAC Chair
Kristin is a marketing leader who develops data-driven strategies to accelerate growth, enhance brand impact, and build customer trust. Specializing in connecting market intelligence with business objectives, Kristin has a track record of driving significant sales growth, revitalizing product lines, and increasing brand visibility for technology platforms. Kristin's leadership combines strategic precision with empathy, fostering successful and accountable teams. In addition to her work with Mass EQLHS, Kristin serves on the Associate Board of Girls on the Run Boston and the Cape Cod Hospital Auxiliary Board.
Nicholas Lance Bradley
Nicholas is a scholar and creative professional with expertise in photography, aging studies, and communication. Currently pursuing a Ph.D., his research focuses on innovative approaches to addressing social issues, including housing among older adults. He combines visual storytelling with academic inquiry to create impactful narratives that inform and inspire change. Nicholas’s work blends academic rigor with creative expression, aiming to influence both cultural and policy environments through evidence-based insights.
Sandra Swanson
Sandra Swanson is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with 30+ years of strategic HR leadership experience across several industries. As former Senior VP, Human Resources for Brown Brothers Harriman, she navigated complex organizational restructures with a focus on talent development and retention. Her expertise spans people strategy, talent identification and succession planning, performance management and executive coaching. Now retired, Sandra focuses on mentoring young HR professionals, volunteering with a variety of non-profit organizations, traveling and hiking. Sandra holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University.
Susan Ramsey
A seasoned leader with over 40 years of senior management experience, Susan brings deep expertise across aging services and children’s mental health within government and nonprofit sectors. Her career has been defined by strategic leadership, program development, and lifelong commitment to improving systems of care for families and youth.
Beyond her professional work, Susan is a devoted family member and enthusiastic world traveler. She is passionate about volunteering with local nonprofits and takes great joy in spoiling her grandchildren, balancing a life of service with creativity, curiosity, and family connection.
Veronique Corrdin
Veronique leads fiscal management, compliance, operations, and HR for the Center for Research Innovation (CRI). She has over a decade and half of experience in higher education administration and previously held multiple leadership roles at Harvard University. Veronique is passionate about creating inclusive workplace environments where employees feel welcomed and can share their identities in ways that are genuine and serves on the leadership council for JewishERG. In addition she is passionate about healthcare reform and looks forward to serving on the Mass EQLHS PEAC.
