The Mass EQLHS Advancing Navigation of Community Health Opportunities and Resources (ANCHOR) project is a Student Scholar led project. We are creating a digital platform that will bring together resources across Mass EQLHS partners that patients find helpful in navigating heath systems or their healthcare such as:

• Finding a clinician near you

• Discounted medications
